FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE

Summary

Our busy, client-focused office needs a reliable, well-organized Front Desk Executive to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Front Desk Executive is responsible for creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and providing administrative support to others.

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answering phones

  • Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments and troubleshooting scheduling conflicts as they arise

  • Ordering supplies and equipment repairs as needed

  • Scanning and filing documents

  • Retrieving mail at post office

  • Signing for packages and delivering to proper department

  • General administrative support to coworkers

  • Light accounting duties

Successful Candidates for This Position Will Be

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Advanced computer skills

  • Supply management experience

  • Comfort with fast-paced environment

  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Hours

Office hours are flexible between 8am-5pm.
