Preconstruction
Our entire team works with the client through the entire preconstruction phase. From materials selection to schedule, value engineering to safety precautions – Gronen knows that collaboration and teamwork are the keys to success.

Construction Budget & Schedule
Gronen uses smart analytics software to provide accurate, itemized cost estimates for clients. Additionally, we track and communicate any adjustments to these numbers in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on accuracy during the design phase to prepare for a smooth construction process.

Subcontractors
Gronen values teamwork. We are widely known for our strong partnerships with subcontractors and bring excellent working relationships to the project. Gronen is acutely aware of the experience, performance, and capacity of partners when selecting the best fit for your project. Our team requires prequalification from subcontractors, and is willing to work with new teams or subcontractors that the client prefers.
