Bridgewater Advisors, an Ameriprise private wealth advisory practice located in downtown Dubuque, experienced continued growth that prompted the need for additional office space. In 2024, Gronen was engaged to manage the construction of a new 2,735-square-foot, two-story addition to the firm’s existing offices.
The project included the removal of a former two-story addition and the installation of a new concrete foundation integrated into the historic structure. The new addition features a conference room, three private offices, a first-floor accessible restroom, and a second-floor break room, along with all new plumbing and a dedicated HVAC system. As part of the project scope, existing building floors were refinished, and the first-floor entry was repainted.
