In late 2024, The Dubuque Museum of Art (DuMA) announced its plans to construct a new facility. During the construction phase of the campus, DuMA temporarily relocated to the Dupaco Voices Building in the Millwork District.

 

Gronen was engaged to oversee the build out of the 13,200 SF temporary museum space. This project included space for DuMA’s permanent gallery, exhibition space, office space, and space for public programming.
