MINDFUL BITES

Fitness and nutrition have always been central to Kim David, owner of Volv Fitness. In 2025, that passion expanded to include Mindful Bites, a health-conscious restaurant located on the first floor of the Dupaco Voices Building. The buildout transformed a white box tenant space into a fully realized, functional interior tailored to their needs. 

 

The scope of work included steel stud framing and drywall to define the space, along with interior finishes such as polished concrete flooring and painting throughout. Custom features were incorporated to elevate both form and function, including a sliding wood door partition, a custom service counter, and floating wood shelving. The project also included complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, from rough-in through final finishes, resulting in a cohesive and thoughtfully executed tenant space.
