"Hills and Dales was very pleased with the opportunity to partner with Gronen in the pre-development, acquisition, design, and construction phase of our new Weber Autism Center. With the project funded in-part by a federal grant and donor contributions, it was critical that we had a partner up to the challenge of our transparency, documentation, audit, and budget requirements. Gronen made the challenge of compliance easy, on what could have been a very complicated project. Further, we were thankful the management team was along for the design phase to assure what we were drawing could be built practically, efficiently, and with the most durable products. Our project concluded on-time, on budget, and with an incredible degree of function and design for the children with Autism we support.
